The rooftop is conceived as a private landscape, where dense greenery, trees and a pool create a unique living environment above the city. Rather than a leftover space, it becomes a central part of the design, an extension of living into nature.
Inside, the penthouse is organised over two levels, balancing open living areas with more intimate spaces. The layout flows naturally, with elements that define the space without closing it off. The material palette is warm and calm, combining dark walnut, soft mineral surfaces and stainless steel. Craftsmanship plays an important role throughout, with custom-made elements such as the fireplace tiles adding subtle texture and depth. In the more private areas, a deeper atmosphere is introduced. The master suite is finished in blue tones across walls, floors and textiles, gently referring to the sea and creating a quiet, restful space.
